Privacy Policy

Intern Vision is owned and operated by InternVision Technology Pvt Ltd ("We", "Us", "Intern Vision", "Company" or "Our", which articulation will mean and incorporate its affiliates, successors, and assigns). This Policy constitutes a lawful arrangement between You, as the client of the Website and of the InternVision mobile app (together, the “Platform”), and Intern Vision, as the proprietor of the Platform. Everything in this Policy applies to both, and the section “The InternVision app” below adds what is specific to the app.

This Policy doesn't have any significant bearing on third-party websites that are associated through connections to the Website. We encourage you to set aside the effort to pursuit of this Privacy Policy just as those of some other locales you visit, regardless of whether through a connection on that site or in any case.

By using the company website, or by otherwise giving us your information, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this privacy policy and agree to be bound by the privacy policy. You hereby consent to our collection, use, and sharing, disclosure of your information as described in this privacy policy.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of the terms of this privacy policy, at our sole discretion, at any time.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email address, phone number, college or company, and the programme you are interested in.
• Payment records from our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Usage data: pages visited, programme pages opened, and basic device information.

How we use it

• To confirm your enrolment and give you access to the programme.
• To send session links, reminders, certificates and support replies.
• To improve the programmes and the site.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the platform (our payment gateway, email delivery provider and cloud hosting), and only as much as they need. We do not sell your data.

The InternVision app

The InternVision app for Android (package com.internvision.app) is how enrolled students watch their course, take quizzes and track progress. This section lists exactly what the app collects and why.

What the app collects

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and gender, and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. Your password is held by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see it.
• Enrolment and payment records: the programme you joined, the amounts paid and the payment reference from our payment gateway, Cashfree. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree’s pages and never reach us.
• Learning activity: which lessons you have watched or completed, your quiz and assignment answers and scores, project submissions, and certificates issued to you.
• Support messages: anything you write to us through the in-app help tickets.
• A notification token: a code from Firebase Cloud Messaging that lets us send class reminders and announcements to your phone. It identifies the app on your device, not you personally.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and it contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.

Permissions the app asks for

• Internet and network state: to load your course and stream videos.
• Notifications: to remind you of live classes and deadlines. You can turn these off in your phone’s settings at any time.
• Exact alarms and run at start-up: so a class reminder you have set still arrives on time after your phone restarts. Nothing else runs in the background.

Services the app relies on

• Google Firebase (sign-in, database, notifications): stores your account and learning records.
• Google Drive: hosts the course videos the app streams to you.
• Cashfree Payments: processes fees.
• An AI provider: generates practice quizzes. It receives only the course name and the lesson title, never your name, email or any other personal detail.

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and learning records while your account is open, so your progress and certificates stay available to you. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed.

Children

Our programmes are meant for college students and working professionals. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your InternVision account and the data linked to it at any time, whether or not you still use the app.

1. Email support@internvision.in from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my InternVision account”. In the app, Profile → Delete account opens this email for you.
2. We confirm the request is yours by replying to that address.
3. Within 30 days we delete your account, profile, learning activity, quiz and assignment results, support tickets and notification token, and confirm by email.

Payment records are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted. A certificate already issued stays valid and verifiable, because others may rely on it, but it is no longer linked to an account.

Your choices

Write to support@internvision.in to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link; enrolment and support emails do not, because they are part of the service you bought.
